I'm so excited to release the INTELLISCORE Ratings Syatem to you all. The word INTELLISCORE means "Intelligent Score" and the information which is provided by the system is extremely effective and very simple to use. I am certain that eventually an investment grade rating from the INTELLISCORE system will be a prerequisite for serious investors in the very near future. An HYIP with an INTELLISCORE Rating of 4.5 or higher is considered to be investment grade, any HYIP with a rating lower than 4.5 will not be considered investment grade. I will issue new INTELLISCORE Ratings everyday as new HYIP'S are listed. Think of the INTELLISCORE Ratings as something akin to a credit score. There will no longer be short nor long term picks issued, and the Caution Advisory List will be discontinued also. From now on DEATHWATCH & Co. will only institute The INTELLISCORE Rating System and the Flagship DEATHWATCH List. It's amazing how so called veterans wish to keep the blinders on people as to how long these HYIP's will last and trust me they're not doing it for you...they're doing it for themselves. The majority of these so called "gurus" don't even make their money from picking the right HYIP's, they make their money from referrals after trying to convince you all that they are in fact gurus. I recommend HYIP's I don't invest in them anymore because it would be a conflict of interests. It would be an understatement to say that I'm an expert. I know HYIP's inside and out, up and down and some would attempt to have you believe that I don't...but that's when you must question their motives and their desires...I mean what are they really after?...she'll be coming down the mountain when she comes.

...I know the saying goes that in any investment, diversification is important...but NOT WHEN IT COMES TO HYIP'S...you'd be better off finding a company that plans on sticking around...even if for a short time. Now I for one believe in being and honest and I don't think it makes sense to shove a ton of picks that I don't believe in down my members throats. Therefore I currently have one trial short term pick to release and that pick is Intellect Capital http://www.intellect-capital.com/?rid=583 again this is a trial pick, so lets see how we do. If it doesn't go so well, we'll restructure the short term strategy until we get it right, just like the long term. ***THE STOCK MARKET!!!***

...as I've said numerous times. I am very familiar with the stock market. I have traded stocks since I was a teenager and I must admit that it has been extremely lucrative, of course there have been a few bumps here and there, but anybody who trades knows that it's just part of the game. The first thing I learned about investing was DIVERSIFICATION. I've traded everything from the Dow Jones to penny stocks although I'd be the first to tell you that penny stocks are DANGEROUS and you'd better be prepared to accept a loss if it comes your way. Unfortunately the stock market is a zero sum game, somebody has to SELL you their shares, but its impossible to determine whether its a loss or a gain for the other person. Sometimes you must take advantage of situations when they are presented...the world works that way. When oil went through the roof, myself and a few other traders were well positioned in a few small oil companies listed on the Amex: FPP, MXC and PDO...of course they've come back down to earth now, but if you timed it correctly...you could have made a killing. Even though I don't invest in HYIP's now because it would be a conflict of interest seeing as I analyze them, I am very active in the stock market. I would advise you all to not put your eggs in one basket and always be willing to explore other viable opportunities. The stock market and HYIP's are great investments if you time them correctly...I have used them both to maximize my investment opportunities.

...personally I'm not familiar with Money-News-Online but a few members of DEATHWATCH have asked me to take a look at the site and give them my honest opinion, apparently "Paul" makes "picks" or something of that nature and for the most part, the members I've spoken to that have taken his recommendations have lost...I had one member say that he has lost three times...but I will say that Pauls style of writing will allow him to never be at a loss for content, he writes about a myriad of programs and he also offers interviews amidst a slew of advertising. My opinion is that it is simply another advertising venue, I don't think much more is offered than any other forum of monitor out there. I know that I disagree with his "picks" completely and that I would never advise any of my members to invest in the programs in which he has recommended. I guess whether or not MNO should be considered friend or foe can be answered by asking yourself a simple question...do they help you...do you find the interviews helpful...or is it just gibberish? If they have truly helped you then you could say that their service is valuable...In my opinion...the jury is still out...stay tuned.

Obviously these two have got wind of my post about the situation that ensued so they have posted in the DEATHWATCH thread that USED TO BE ON TalkGold AFTER I HAVE BEEN BANNED. Of course speaking like the puppets that they are...it was not a mistake...and it was not HUGE, actually it was rather SMALL in my book. TalkGold is OBSOLETE at best and they don't do anything to support the members, THEY ARE AN ADVERTISING VENUE and I could CARE LESS THAT DEATHWATCH HAS BEEN BANNED. The same member that I had referred to them is even attacking Jeff from GoldPoll on accusations that absolutely have no merit. Like I said, if it had something to do with their advertising dollars they would definitely be taking swift action. The fact still stands that PRIVATE INFORMATION WAS COPIED AND REPOSTED FROM THIS BLOG TO THEIR FORUM WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. TalkGold doesn't scare me so don''t let them scare YOU.

...Now you may ask the question...why was DEATHWATCH banned on TalkGold?...the question is simple....because of a dispute between me and the Admins and moderators and they simply couldn't take the heat. Its possibly the best thing that ever happened to DEATHWATCH, I mean with TalkGolds lax rules its extremely hard for any entity besides an HYIP to function properly. Honestly they carry themselves as if they are the only forum that exists. Now it is their site and they can ban who they like...but they never seem to ban the right people...The dispute was about a member named okosh who posted the DEATHWATCH list(which is private property) on the TalkGold forum which is obviously public. I feverishly voiced my concern about this blatant attack on the DEATHWATCH blog...and what did they do about it??...nothing. TalkGold simply DOES NOT CARE ABOUT ANYTHING BUT MONEY. THE ADVERTISING DOLLARS IS WHAT KEEPS THEM AFLOAT. There was just a post sometime ago titled "TalkGolds lousy policies" because in fact they are...quite lousy. I went from having no warnings to being banned. I will admit the conversation got a little heated...but hey I just wanted supermods to do a "super" job. TalkGold is probably the WORST FORUM OUT THERE, and their moderating staff is severly inadequate with this "better than everyone else" attitude. they refuse to change so the arena must change without them. You will be able to find DEATHWATCH on Dream Team and MMG from now on. I would urge you all to discontinue use of the TalkGold forum, there are better options out there

***AN ENTIRELY NEW HYIP ARENA!!!***

I for one am completely fed up with the way the HYIP arena treats its members, I am fed up with the forums, monitors and HYIP's cashing in on the members and having nothing to say about it when an HYIP scams, always choosing profits over people. There has to be a stop put to this, forums like TalkGold make hoards of cash annually by allowing advertisements from HYIP's but they do nothing to help the members, but I can guarantee you if it had something to with THEIR MONEY they would be moving a lot faster. There will be a major changes coming to HYIP...

There are absolutely no regulatory bodies for HYIP, nothing to help the members and some want it TO STAY THAT WAY.

I am founding THE HYIP AUTHORITY, the time is now and it can wait no longer. DEATHWATCH will be a faction of THE HYIP AUTHORITY and this will include new forums and monitors. Time for the scamming with no repercussions to STOP. The forums and monitors are just as responsible as the HYIP's for marketing the HYIP's to their members.

...It's been a short but tedious journey so far friends and DEATHWATCH has accumulated 7 official kills and Residual Forex Income is on the outs so I would assume it will be #8. The KILL AVERAGE itself which is self contained. currently stands at 28.1 Days. Please allow me to clear up a little confusion as to my stance on what the KILL AVERAGE means and what I wish for it, I'm actually glad when an HYIP goes well past the KILL AVERAGE. This gives the members of DEATHWATCH ample time to get out these HYIP's before they fail and this will ensure their success...the DEATHWATCH list is not just a list of any old HYIP's. This list houses the biggest HYIP's which have the most influence. It would be counterproductive to include HYIP's that virtually no one is investing in. DEATHWATCH is a tool for the masses...not the minority. With 8 kills I think it's safe to say that DEATHWATCH is definitely a game changer...you have to ask yourself... what side of the fence were you on when they crashed? The DEATHWATCH membership is growing steadily and interest is pouring in. As with anything, respect is earned not given and DEATHWATCH is earning it's place. The kills will keep adding up. ***BAD HABITS!!!***

We all know that bad habits die hard and one of those habits is referring to others as "attackers". I think the word is used so loosely now that it has no merit. I would like to clear something up for everyone, DEATHWATCH is not out to get HYIP's...the members are my concern. My job is to issue a warning signal so members can attempt to achieve a refund or salvage what they may from the HYIP that they are currently involved in. I am not an "attacker" nor are the people who side with DEATHWATCH or have differing opinions. I take it that one is referred to as an "attacker" if they don't follow an HYIP blindly, I think many would rather we say nothing...but that will NEVER HAPPEN. ...There is a multitude of members who would have you believe that longevity is your friend...I beg to differ...recently there was a very large and lengthy HYIP called LargeSum that crashed after lasting what seemed to be an eternity...and what do you know? It went down in flames taking everybody's money with it. What may seem to be a friend can easily be a foe. This is something I learned years ago and yes I learned the hard way and it cost me a lot of money to start getting it right, but the education was worth it. For serious investors risk is something that we understand and fully accept. In order to be a real investor you have to be mature in regards to risk...risk is all around us. Many attempt to discredit the HYIP market by saying that its not real investing and that its just gambling...but any investment is gambling even the ones that the vast majority consider to be real. Just because there's a regulatory body doesn't mean it's being regulated...I've traded stocks for years and still do so to this day and I can tell you from personal experience that the risk is sometimes greater than HYIP, you can lose thousands of dollars in minutes trading stocks. So all in all, don't think longevity is such a great thing when it comes to HYIP's...just consider yourself lucky that you had extra time to get out.

As I said earlier there was bound to be someone who would attempt to copy DEATHWATCH in some facet. ...and then out of nowhere comes this supposed Anti-Scam HYIP Fighters Team...what a name right?. So low and behold I go to their thread on TalkGold and find that they have been flagged for having multiple I.D.'s on TalkGold in order to give themselves fake testimonials so that they could make their "team" seem like a good idea and persuade people to join. Not only that but the whole idea was simply LUDICROUS, an HYIP having to have their "seal" for members to invest in an HYIP?...As soon as I laid eyes on it I knew it was a scam...I wonder how many HYIP's would have bribed them for their "seals" so that they could get money from investors. You all should be aware of this type of thing. Who would have thought that the Anti-Scam HYIP Fighters Team was actually a SCAM itself...I DID. I'm sure there will be more to come and trust me when I say that we'll be watching. DEATHWATCH is the original...stay away from the fakes. I'm sure that moat of them will have ulterior motives.

Why did you stop investing in HYIPs?

I stopped investing in HYIP's a few months before I started DEATHWATCH, I have been successful over the years, but I am perfect by no means. I have lost money also, but my success outweighed my losses by a great margin. Also if I did invest in HYIP's it would be a conflict of interests. It would be highly unethical for me to be endorsing HYIP's for my own personal gain.

There is nothing like DEATHWATCH in the HYIP market currently and no one has copied us as of yet and if they did it would be obvious. Obviously everybody doesn't see it that way and I can respect that, Everyone is entitled to their own opinions.

***HYIP WARS(PART 1) TALKGOLD VS MMG...WHO'S BETTER???***

TalkGold or MMG...which one to choose?...or is it both? Now presumably the majority of HYIP investors use both forums and this is a given...but which one is better?. Based on my experiences TalkGold seems to be a bit more flexible and really allows one to get their points across with minimal interference. The mods don't seem to be active to the point of dictating each and every single conversation, because as we all know, this can lead to severe miscommunication amongst members who are trying to convey their concerns...MMG at times can be a little too censored, and I can never seem to upload a profile picture but all in all I still think its a great forum. They're a little heavy on the advertising and it can be a bit annoying but I do think they're professional and in order for the forum to prosper advertising is a must, so I don't mind...but they could package it a little better, also the user interface has somewhat of a claustrophobic feel to it but I must commend them for being able to innovate in a market that fears change. What can I say, I'm a fan of the both of them and it's impossible for me to choose. I guess they both have different qualities that we all need and that we all can admire...so what do you all think?...are you just as confused as I am?

...Did you ever stop to wonder?...who's really running your HYIP?...who's pulling the strings?. I mean the names sound so common and unimposing...do they not? The scammers often use names that we're the most familiar with. My belief is as with everything else, they do this in order to make you feel comfortable and to make you feel like your money is safe. Addresses that lead to empty offices...phone numbers that lead to voice mails or sometimes nothing at all...track records that are impossible to validate...promises that are impossible to keep...returns that in most cases make no sense logically...but yet there are some who will defend the scam to the bitter end...even when they're not being paid anymore. I guess its a last ditch attempt to salvage some type of reasoning as to why this has all happened...that's why it pays to be out BEFORE the house falls. Nothing lasts forever, I don't care how many bells and whistles it has. I was reading on a forum and was saddened to see a member hyping up a virtually unknown HYIP making the comment "I'm going to invest with this one and I hope you all join me because the design is nice"...Investors should have better reasons for joining the HYIP's that they do...but the question remains...will we ever know who's on the other side of the screen?...

I will also be instituting a KILL AVERAGE(This average will determine the normal time frame in which an HYIP expires after being added to the DEATHWATCH list). This list will be beneficial in the sense that it will allow easy access to DEATHWATCH archives in regards to an HYIP's expiry.

Let's get on to business with the first dodgy scam of the day.
Apparently the so called monitor hyip365 stroke again. I'm quoting yesterday's moneynewsonline blog:

"Another program that fell the victim of the hyip365 admin is 7Inv (reviewed here). The admin asked of the members not to pay attention to the bad fake vote that are currently working hard to bring the program down. And this is again the fault of hyip365.net admin who is probably the worst scammer of the year. I urge you to support real paying programs like 7Inv and don’t pay attention to such lame attempts of destroying one’s program’s reputation. This is what the admin of 7Inv is going to say regarding this:
“Recently, we have been got some harassment with fake bad votes. Please do not trust these fake votes content, all of them are from a SCAM Monitor HYIP365.net. He want to use such means to force us to buy his monitor service.”

Well: as it is, as far as I know, the 3th time in less than 1 1/2 months that (proven)complaints happen, I think it would be useful to everybody, mainly investors, but also HYIPs Admin and even other monitors, that those guys were once and for all took away from the market.
We, investors, have enough troubles with scam prgrams admin, "monitors", etc., etc. So we don´t need a recognised "official" scammer messing around.
In my humble opinion HYIP admin should not give in to those blackmailers as everybody is beginning to understand (I hope) that a vote from hyip365 whether is good or bad hasn't got any weight and is meaningless.
I would like to have your opinion and, who knows, your suggestion on how to deal with this.
I'll pass by later. Hope I can bring some good news whatever they are. But to tell you frankly and for the small market check I made this morning more bad echoes are ariving.

***A MYSTERIOUS DISAPPEARANCE...***

...A funny situation happened today...an HYIP completely disappeared from one of its monitoring sites...now any other time this may not be such a big deal...but this instance was a bit strange. As you all know I monitor the top 10 HYIP's on HYIP.com, I think their list is the most comprehensive and typically informs me as to whats considered "hot" all across the board and as I've said earlier, I only analyze the HYIP's that matter...but there has been a strange occurence on HYIP.com and it seems really fishy. A short time ago FXOIC Traderboard was in the top 10 on HYIP.com and I added it to the DEATHWATCH LIST...but strangely enough, a couple of days later it was ranked 38th...and then 40th. I wrote in the forum linked to FXOIC Traderboard a message directed to Alex S. as to why it just seemingly fell so many spots...all of a sudden, with absolutely no explanation. There was no response at all...so then I go back to check the discussion to see if there was a reply...and it had VANISHED its as if it was never on HYIP.com AT ALL. And the funny thing is that a member of DEATHWATCH had made the comment that he felt like many monitors were just paid posters...I mean we can't be for certain...but this should be explained. If Alex S. wants to maintain her/his sites credibility this dissapearance should be explained. I'm not making assumptions or accusing HYIP.com of wrongdoing...I just want answers.

Well what can we say about monitors?? Are they our friends,...enemies....or just an impartial component of the whole HYIP conundrum?...for the most part, monitors don't seem to want to be held accountable when HYIPs go bad...but when its good its really good. They're in charge of the ranking systems on their sites and they sell advertising to these scams, but when an HYIP disappears...it's all over. Not to mention the loads of commission from all the members that sign up under them using their referral links. What they don't know is that members are fed up, they're simply tired of getting the short end of the stick when HYIPs falter. Of course we've all seen the prevalent disclaimers about them not recommending HYIPs and basically taking no responsibility for the HYIPs that they house, but in turn making a TON of money from them. Not only that, some monitors and forums are extremely CENSORED because they know if they do anything to hurt the scams...future HYIP admins won't come to their monitor sites to be listed and they will lose profits. I will give kudos to GoldPoll for launching the "GoldPoll Cares Campaign" but that even seems to be a lackluster attempt at helping members. They should do MORE. I made them aware of an incident that requires immediate attention and as of yet...nothing has been done...stay tuned.

Attention everybody: I tried to cashout my principal as a trial. I would reinvest after as, even with the 35% fee I wulod be even with principal and still in profit. Contrary to the interest payouts that were allways received instantly (that I can't deny), this one is pending foor more than 15 hours.
Worse: Now, my deposit appears as cancelled! Which meeans that neither I can get my money back as promised, nor I can keep it there earning profit.
I'll wait till tonight when 24h have passed and I'll let you know what's happening.
But, my humble advice is this: BEWARE!

Yeah but even if so, the admin is not replying to fix the problem and there are no daily payouts anymore for those of us who have cancelled. Neither did we get the initial deposit that was cancelled. What would you consider success?...success by definition is "a favorable or desired outcome ; also : the attainment of wealth, favor, or eminence" and with this I agree, but what I will say is that I believe success is in the eye of the beholder. Personally one of my best HYIP moments was when i received a $5,000 check from an HYIp that I had invested in a few months earlier with an initial investment of only $600. I was simply amazed, I was 22 and loving it, although I wasn't knew to HYIP...I was new to the success. When it was all said and done I had a balance of $25,000 on the day my HYIP closed and I had been cashing monthly checks for $5,000+. Everything was great, I was buying a bunch of stuff that I didn't need and if i didn't like it...i would just give it away. Can you imagine a 22 year old at the mall with $10,000 to spend? i would always have to check my pants pockets to make sure I didn't wash money, It wasn't a big deal to find $500 or so in a couple of different pants pockets...and I don't mean altogether...I mean in each pair. I'm confident that this same success can be attained today, but it takes skill. Scammers are way smarter than they used to be, the tricks are better and the targets go down easier. One should use all the tools that are available and in doing so...ones chances will greatly increase.

When it come to exchangers I think we can all agree that they are not created equally...does evocash ring a bell for anybody...well you'd have to be an old player to remember it. I was even a part of the HYIP that brought it down...safe to say that when they folded it was not a good experience and it left a lot of people searching for answers, truthfully its hard to trust exchangers nowadays let alone the HYIP's that account for practically all of their business. The dinosaur e-gold has definitely had its share of problems and has now gotten to the point that they are no longer accepting new accounts. I don't know about you all, but using pecunix is like trying to unlock the security codes to a nuclear missle silo, or at least it seemed that way to me. Alertpay seems easy to use although I don't know if they plan on staying around. Liberty Reserve seemed to be getting good reviews in and out but as of late there seems to be problems with numerous accounts so maybe we're starting to see the first cracks in the armor. Now it seems that Strict pay me be the exchanger of the moment. Of course as with anything we'll have to wait and see how it goes. It used to be that one only had to worry about his/her HYIP crashing...but now it seems that finding a good exchanger is a challenge also. Just remember to do your due dilligence.

***THE ESSENCE OF TIMING!!!***

As with any investment we all know timing is key, whether it be real estate, stocks, traditional investments or HYIP's. One thing I will say is that this is especially true with HYIP's if your timing isn't accurate you'll never be successful. It's just a known fact. Imagine if you could be part of the biggest HYIP's and manage to reap the rewards while getting out BEFORE things go bad? You would be highly successful. Often a multitude of HYIP investors believe in the admins so much that they neglect to pull out in sufficient time allowing themselves to be scammed and disappointed yet once again. Understandably so, some people never seem to get the picture and will believe in scamming admins no matter what happens, personally my belief is that they "want" to believe that these were good people...their friends as they would put it. Yes every HYIP will end...but DEATHWATCH will tell you WHEN.

I just want to say that I have started with Valliant in October of 2006, and have been paid from them always for the past 2 years and 3 month. Julia is a great woman and administrator, and has always very quickly answered any support email I sent. I have never had a problem with Valiant, even after E-gold and E-Bullion fiascos, as well as the short lived Altergold.
I know that Julia is the wife of one of the traders and she herself doesn't trade, but she does a great job in all her activities. Valiant is not a company, they are private people, who trade from their computers at home.
I don't like what deathwish is doing, because it doesn't make any sense, and I also have a feeling, like Julia, that this maybe a new trick from another Hyip website probably his own, to destroy others. I am not going to trust any one showing just up here on hyip.com totaly anonymous, and starting to bash all the top sites. I agree with Alex, that a lot of new websites don't even make it to the top ten. I listen to people who are much longer here on hyip.com, like proof, glo and many others.
Valiant is a great program, which doesn't pay any unrealistic but rather smaller profits, which still beat the bank.

First of all let me start of by clarifying some misunderstandings as to what my thoughts and positions are about and of hyips.

I DO NOT HATE HYIP'S actually I embrace them, I think they are a wonderful way to generate income for those who are not privy or who cannot afford to invest in the more costly and traditional forms of investing. My goal is not to bring HYIP's down but to inform members as to when an hyip is nearing its end. That is my objective...plain and simple and no I cannot divulge the specifics of my analysis because it WOULD jeopardize my work.

Earlier I made the statement that after a certain time period an hyip would be taken off of the DEATHWATCH list. After further consideration unfortunately I must retract this statement. I made the statement in order to pacify a few members suggestions because that IS WHO I CARE ABOUT, but I've come to realize that removal of any HYIP after being added to the list would not be beneficial to the overall progression of DEATHWATCH as a whole. hopefully this can be valued by all who read the list.

Now first of all let me start by saying that this is no shock to me, scammers do often show their true colors when pushed, and that reaction is CLASSIC of a scammer whos been called out. Scammers care about noone but themselves and this shows when something happens that they don't like. I do find it odd that this person("Julia") new nothing about the site being down, shows poor lack of communication, but I seriously doubt that whoever "Julia" is just a manager. I'm sure they're running the whole thing.

Now with this one, there are so many ways to scam, for one a man posing as a woman is CLASSIC. Members will be easier on "her" seeing as most members are males. In one of the scammers updates just today, they kept saying that "they didn't know" that the downtime was coming. So guess what, when the site crashes..."julia" will pretend to be clueless and pretend to be WITH the members in figuring out what happened. Of course she'll apologize and everyone will forgive the fictitious woman because its really not her fault...and then the MAN behind the scam laughes all the way to the bank. WITH YOUR MONEY. In all my years of investing there has been one constant theme...people being scammed, or people losing money would be a more appropriate way to summarize it... I would suppose. I for one am certain that there needs to be a change of some sort. The landscape of HYIP's is filled with weeds posing as flowers and we always seem to pick the wrong flowers to put in our presumptive bouquets. Well its time to dig up this industry and plant the RIGHT SEEDS that will allow our investments to GROW. Now of course one would ask the question, how would this be accomplished? What if there was a trust for HYIP's? Some sort of governing body or company that HYIP's placed a certain amount of money with in order to cover their deposits? I don't know about you but I would sleep like a baby knowing that I would not be scammed no way no how because my deposit is accounted for. THERE IS A DEFINITE NEED FOR THIS, but it could only be accomplished with a collective effort. With time things change and this also may come to be...make no mistake...it will be the best day that HYIP has ever seen when it does.

***IDENTITY ASSURANCE, IS THIS THE GAME CHANGER THAT HYIP NEEDS!!!***

In all my years of investing in HYIP's I've never stumbled upon anything like Identity Assurance. Its a service offered by Comodo, the company that seems to be the leader when it comes to website security and authentication, but no one really seems to know what it is, or if it has any significant value. Mind you, TradeElite had it and they crashed and burned...so is it really any good? Currently The Stoic and PanaMoney both have it so we'll have to wait and see how things go. My opinion is that its just a way for Comodo to make money and for HYIP Admins to offer investors another tool that provides them a false sense of security. I was actually delighted at first glance when I saw it in the corner of the TradeElite website...but alas my intrigue turned to disgust once I figured out that the whole thing was a ruse. With the recent crash of TradeElite one begs to ask the question...how did Comodos Identity Assurance help the TradeElite members in the wake of its collapse...it didn't help them at all...not one bit. In my opinion the feature is worthless and a waste of time. I would urge you all to disregard Identity Assurance when analyzing an HYIP. I ASSURE you...it means nothing.
