Let me tell you once again that you haven't to thank for anything. I do this with great pleasure with the feeling that if all research I make is useful to others than it is for me too. As I said before, as long as I feel that you're fighting with the aim of making a safer HYIP world I'm with you as your fight is mine too.
So, I have to thank you too for the great job you're doing.
Let's get on to business with the first dodgy scam of the day.
Apparently the so called monitor hyip365 stroke again. I'm quoting yesterday's moneynewsonline blog:

"Another program that fell the victim of the hyip365 admin is 7Inv (reviewed here). The admin asked of the members not to pay attention to the bad fake vote that are currently working hard to bring the program down. And this is again the fault of hyip365.net admin who is probably the worst scammer of the year. I urge you to support real paying programs like 7Inv and don’t pay attention to such lame attempts of destroying one’s program’s reputation. This is what the admin of 7Inv is going to say regarding this:
“Recently, we have been got some harassment with fake bad votes. Please do not trust these fake votes content, all of them are from a SCAM Monitor HYIP365.net. He want to use such means to force us to buy his monitor service.”

Well: as it is, as far as I know, the 3th time in less than 1 1/2 months that (proven)complaints happen, I think it would be useful to everybody, mainly investors, but also HYIPs Admin and even other monitors, that those guys were once and for all took away from the market.
We, investors, have enough troubles with scam prgrams admin, "monitors", etc., etc. So we don´t need a recognised "official" scammer messing around.
In my humble opinion HYIP admin should not give in to those blackmailers as everybody is beginning to understand (I hope) that a vote from hyip365 whether is good or bad hasn't got any weight and is meaningless.
I would like to have your opinion and, who knows, your suggestion on how to deal with this.
I'll pass by later. Hope I can bring some good news whatever they are. But to tell you frankly and for the small market check I made this morning more bad echoes are ariving.

***A MYSTERIOUS DISAPPEARANCE...***

...A funny situation happened today...an HYIP completely disappeared from one of its monitoring sites...now any other time this may not be such a big deal...but this instance was a bit strange. As you all know I monitor the top 10 HYIP's on HYIP.com, I think their list is the most comprehensive and typically informs me as to whats considered "hot" all across the board and as I've said earlier, I only analyze the HYIP's that matter...but there has been a strange occurence on HYIP.com and it seems really fishy. A short time ago FXOIC Traderboard was in the top 10 on HYIP.com and I added it to the DEATHWATCH LIST...but strangely enough, a couple of days later it was ranked 38th...and then 40th. I wrote in the forum linked to FXOIC Traderboard a message directed to Alex S. as to why it just seemingly fell so many spots...all of a sudden, with absolutely no explanation. There was no response at all...so then I go back to check the discussion to see if there was a reply...and it had VANISHED its as if it was never on HYIP.com AT ALL. And the funny thing is that a member of DEATHWATCH had made the comment that he felt like many monitors were just paid posters...I mean we can't be for certain...but this should be explained. If Alex S. wants to maintain her/his sites credibility this dissapearance should be explained. I'm not making assumptions or accusing HYIP.com of wrongdoing...I just want answers.

***WHAT IS YOUR MONITOR DOING FOR YOU???!!!

Well what can we say about monitors?? Are they our friends,...enemies....or just an impartial component of the whole HYIP conundrum?...for the most part, monitors don't seem to want to be held accountable when HYIPs go bad...but when its good its really good. They're in charge of the ranking systems on their sites and they sell advertising to these scams, but when an HYIP disappears...it's all over. Not to mention the loads of commission from all the members that sign up under them using their referral links. What they don't know is that members are fed up, they're simply tired of getting the short end of the stick when HYIPs falter. Of course we've all seen the prevalent disclaimers about them not recommending HYIPs and basically taking no responsibility for the HYIPs that they house, but in turn making a TON of money from them. Not only that, some monitors and forums are extremely CENSORED because they know if they do anything to hurt the scams...future HYIP admins won't come to their monitor sites to be listed and they will lose profits. I will give kudos to GoldPoll for launching the "GoldPoll Cares Campaign" but that even seems to be a lackluster attempt at helping members. They should do MORE. I made them aware of an incident that requires immediate attention and as of yet...nothing has been done...stay tuned.

I'm following my recent post on your Blog at hyip.com about BHV FUNDS and bringing some developments. I think this is very important to investors whether or not they want to see the truth. If you don't mind I'll go a little further and post here some of new "programs" that became allready scams and are still posted as paying in the so called "top monitors" as I believe that your aim is helping the common investor and that you are independent and uncompromised with any of those "identities". Attention everybody: I tried to cashout my principal as a trial. I would reinvest after as, even with the 35% fee I wulod be even with principal and still in profit. Contrary to the interest payouts that were allways received instantly (that I can't deny), this one is pending foor more than 15 hours.
Worse: Now, my deposit appears as cancelled! Which meeans that neither I can get my money back as promised, nor I can keep it there earning profit.
I'll wait till tonight when 24h have passed and I'll let you know what's happening.
But, my humble advice is this: BEWARE!

Yeah but even if so, the admin is not replying to fix the problem and there are no daily payouts anymore for those of us who have cancelled. Neither did we get the initial deposit that was cancelled. Support says it responds in 24 hours. This issue has been all week. Either there is no admin which is worrying, or he is ignoring us which is disturbing.

I'm with this problem too!!!!!

There are at least two new programs that aren't paying but still have "paying" status on several so called "monitors".

***WHAT'S YOUR BEST HYIP MOMENT??***

What would you consider success?...success by definition is "a favorable or desired outcome ; also : the attainment of wealth, favor, or eminence" and with this I agree, but what I will say is that I believe success is in the eye of the beholder. Personally one of my best HYIP moments was when i received a $5,000 check from an HYIp that I had invested in a few months earlier with an initial investment of only $600. I was simply amazed, I was 22 and loving it, although I wasn't knew to HYIP...I was new to the success. When it was all said and done I had a balance of $25,000 on the day my HYIP closed and I had been cashing monthly checks for $5,000+. Everything was great, I was buying a bunch of stuff that I didn't need and if i didn't like it...i would just give it away. Can you imagine a 22 year old at the mall with $10,000 to spend? i would always have to check my pants pockets to make sure I didn't wash money, It wasn't a big deal to find $500 or so in a couple of different pants pockets...and I don't mean altogether...I mean in each pair. I'm confident that this same success can be attained today, but it takes skill. Scammers are way smarter than they used to be, the tricks are better and the targets go down easier. One should use all the tools that are available and in doing so...ones chances will greatly increase.

When it come to exchangers I think we can all agree that they are not created equally...does evocash ring a bell for anybody...well you'd have to be an old player to remember it. I was even a part of the HYIP that brought it down...safe to say that when they folded it was not a good experience and it left a lot of people searching for answers, truthfully its hard to trust exchangers nowadays let alone the HYIP's that account for practically all of their business. The dinosaur e-gold has definitely had its share of problems and has now gotten to the point that they are no longer accepting new accounts. I don't know about you all, but using pecunix is like trying to unlock the security codes to a nuclear missle silo, or at least it seemed that way to me. Alertpay seems easy to use although I don't know if they plan on staying around. Liberty Reserve seemed to be getting good reviews in and out but as of late there seems to be problems with numerous accounts so maybe we're starting to see the first cracks in the armor. Now it seems that Strict pay me be the exchanger of the moment. Of course as with anything we'll have to wait and see how it goes. It used to be that one only had to worry about his/her HYIP crashing...but now it seems that finding a good exchanger is a challenge also. Just remember to do your due dilligence.

***THE ESSENCE OF TIMING!!!***

As with any investment we all know timing is key, whether it be real estate, stocks, traditional investments or HYIP's. One thing I will say is that this is especially true with HYIP's if your timing isn't accurate you'll never be successful. It's just a known fact. Imagine if you could be part of the biggest HYIP's and manage to reap the rewards while getting out BEFORE things go bad? You would be highly successful. Often a multitude of HYIP investors believe in the admins so much that they neglect to pull out in sufficient time allowing themselves to be scammed and disappointed yet once again. Understandably so, some people never seem to get the picture and will believe in scamming admins no matter what happens, personally my belief is that they "want" to believe that these were good people...their friends as they would put it. Yes every HYIP will end...but DEATHWATCH will tell you WHEN.

I just want to say that I have started with Valliant in October of 2006, and have been paid from them always for the past 2 years and 3 month. Julia is a great woman and administrator, and has always very quickly answered any support email I sent. I have never had a problem with Valiant, even after E-gold and E-Bullion fiascos, as well as the short lived Altergold.
I know that Julia is the wife of one of the traders and she herself doesn't trade, but she does a great job in all her activities. Valiant is not a company, they are private people, who trade from their computers at home.
I don't like what deathwish is doing, because it doesn't make any sense, and I also have a feeling, like Julia, that this maybe a new trick from another Hyip website probably his own, to destroy others. I am not going to trust any one showing just up here on hyip.com totaly anonymous, and starting to bash all the top sites. I agree with Alex, that a lot of new websites don't even make it to the top ten. I listen to people who are much longer here on hyip.com, like proof, glo and many others.
Valiant is a great program, which doesn't pay any unrealistic but rather smaller profits, which still beat the bank.

First of all let me start of by clarifying some misunderstandings as to what my thoughts and positions are about and of hyips.

I DO NOT HATE HYIP'S actually I embrace them, I think they are a wonderful way to generate income for those who are not privy or who cannot afford to invest in the more costly and traditional forms of investing. My goal is not to bring HYIP's down but to inform members as to when an hyip is nearing its end. That is my objective...plain and simple and no I cannot divulge the specifics of my analysis because it WOULD jeopardize my work.

Earlier I made the statement that after a certain time period an hyip would be taken off of the DEATHWATCH list. After further consideration unfortunately I must retract this statement. I made the statement in order to pacify a few members suggestions because that IS WHO I CARE ABOUT, but I've come to realize that removal of any HYIP after being added to the list would not be beneficial to the overall progression of DEATHWATCH as a whole. hopefully this can be valued by all who read the list.

Now first of all let me start by saying that this is no shock to me, scammers do often show their true colors when pushed, and that reaction is CLASSIC of a scammer whos been called out. Scammers care about noone but themselves and this shows when something happens that they don't like. I do find it odd that this person("Julia") new nothing about the site being down, shows poor lack of communication, but I seriously doubt that whoever "Julia" is just a manager. I'm sure they're running the whole thing.

Now with this one, there are so many ways to scam, for one a man posing as a woman is CLASSIC. Members will be easier on "her" seeing as most members are males. In one of the scammers updates just today, they kept saying that "they didn't know" that the downtime was coming. So guess what, when the site crashes..."julia" will pretend to be clueless and pretend to be WITH the members in figuring out what happened. Of course she'll apologize and everyone will forgive the fictitious woman because its really not her fault...and then the MAN behind the scam laughes all the way to the bank. WITH YOUR MONEY. SOME PEOPLE ARE JUST SUCKERS.

The recent outburst from "Julia" just shows who this person REALLY IS. AND THERE IS NO WAY VALIANT TRADE WOULD BE MANAGING MY MONEY. This person is professionally poor and a scammer at best.

***A TRUST FOR HYIP'S, WILL IT EVER EXSIST???***

In all my years of investing there has been one constant theme...people being scammed, or people losing money would be a more appropriate way to summarize it... I would suppose. I for one am certain that there needs to be a change of some sort. The landscape of HYIP's is filled with weeds posing as flowers and we always seem to pick the wrong flowers to put in our presumptive bouquets. Well its time to dig up this industry and plant the RIGHT SEEDS that will allow our investments to GROW. Now of course one would ask the question, how would this be accomplished? What if there was a trust for HYIP's? Some sort of governing body or company that HYIP's placed a certain amount of money with in order to cover their deposits? I don't know about you but I would sleep like a baby knowing that I would not be scammed no way no how because my deposit is accounted for. THERE IS A DEFINITE NEED FOR THIS, but it could only be accomplished with a collective effort. With time things change and this also may come to be...make no mistake...it will be the best day that HYIP has ever seen when it does.

***IDENTITY ASSURANCE, IS THIS THE GAME CHANGER THAT HYIP NEEDS!!!***

In all my years of investing in HYIP's I've never stumbled upon anything like Identity Assurance. Its a service offered by Comodo, the company that seems to be the leader when it comes to website security and authentication, but no one really seems to know what it is, or if it has any significant value. Mind you, TradeElite had it and they crashed and burned...so is it really any good? Currently The Stoic and PanaMoney both have it so we'll have to wait and see how things go. My opinion is that its just a way for Comodo to make money and for HYIP Admins to offer investors another tool that provides them a false sense of security. I was actually delighted at first glance when I saw it in the corner of the TradeElite website...but alas my intrigue turned to disgust once I figured out that the whole thing was a ruse. With the recent crash of TradeElite one begs to ask the question...how did Comodos Identity Assurance help the TradeElite members in the wake of its collapse...it didn't help them at all...not one bit. In my opinion the feature is worthless and a waste of time. I would urge you all to disregard Identity Assurance when analyzing an HYIP. I ASSURE you...it means nothing.

It seems that members are under the impression that I'm out to bring HYIP's down and that's simply not the case. Now as with ANY INVESTMENT TIME IS THE NUMBER ONE MOST IMPORTANT FACTOR. Show me an HYIP thats been around for 10 years...as a matter of fact show me one that's been around for 5 years...3 years...?? You can't do it because it doesn't exist. Show me that and I'll show you a liar.
